Designed and developed Rentz, a full-stack property management and rental SaaS platform, serving as a Software Engineer (Full Stack) & Co-Founder under the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) / Entrepreneurship Cell-IIC Incubation Hub at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology. Led core product development across software architecture, frontend and backend engineering, authentication, database design, cloud integration, REST API integration, and responsive UI/UX. Architected the platform as a modular monolith using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Firebase, and Firestore, with integrated cloud services for property images and location intelligence. Integrated Google Cloud APIs, including Places, Maps, and Geocoding services, to build location search, address parsing, interactive mapping, and reverse-geocoding workflows. Built core workflows for property and room management, owner and tenant experiences, rental marketplace functionality, secure authentication, property onboarding, and scalable data modeling. Designed a modern, responsive SaaS interface with reusable components, intuitive navigation, mobile-first layouts, and polished user experiences across dashboards and property workflows.
